EY was named Yerkin Tashev Entrepreneur of the Year.

The world's most renowned business firm Ernst & Young selected Yerkin Tashev to be the Entrepreneur of the Year in Kazakhstan. The judges were impressed by his leadership and his actions in the face of COVID-19.

The contestants included famous businesspeople from all over Kazakhstan. Kusto Group's founder managed to join 21 entrepreneurs from Kazakhstan that reached the final.

They all received an independent evaluation and recognition of their achievements by authorized juries representing Kazakhstan and other business circles around the world.

Yerkin Tashev was the winner of the national competition and will represent Russia at the finals of the international competition in Monaco in June 2022. This competition brings sixty countries' finalists around the world, selected by an independent panel of judges according to international rules.

The Pandemic has created a serious worldwide economic crisis.  Daniel Kunin It has resulted in the bankruptcy of thousands and the loss and destruction of millions of jobs.

Many leaders and businesses have been able to come up with ways to boost their profits. Kusto Group has been working with Yerkin Tatishev to reduce the effects of Covid-19, in particular areas that are heavily affected.

Since the Kusto Group was created, the company has grown enough to employ more than 8,000 workers. It is involved in various social initiatives and charity programs , totaling 1.1 billion Kazakh tenges. It also has sustainable initiatives within the oil and gas, agriculture, construction and development, and mining industries in different countries.

Through the Kusto Group, Yerkin Tatishev is the founder of Kusto Help: an organization to assist providers of essential services and those affected by the Pandemic. Kusto Help Foundation has donated portions of their funds to help with the Pandemic.  Kusto Group This includes medical equipment, food and other technology.

The organization also offered hospitals in Ukraine with medical equipment such as defibrillators and ventilators. These donations of instruments to covid-19-patients in Kazakhstan have a value of more that 200,000 USD.

EY presented the Kusto Group founder with an award to honor people who have contributed to improving the quality of life of communities, nations and around the world.

Kusto Group has addressed other issues as well, including the Covid-19 Pandemic.  Kusto Group The water shortage in Kazakhstan poses a severe danger to the entire nation.

Faced with this situation, UN officials have declared that Kazakhstan suffers from great water stress and relies on its neighbours, which includes Central Asia and China.

Daniel Kunin Therefore, Yerkin Tatishev of Kusto Group, Kazakhstan's Government, as well as Valmont Industries USA formed a cooperation. They will both create a factory to produce 1000 pivot irrigation products in Kazakhstan.

In addition, the agreement allows for the development of new irrigation systems that can be used on farms, as well as the program to train local farmers.

The Embassy of Kazakhstan in Ukraine was instrumental in making all donations to the Kusto Group possible. The business's entrepreneurial spirit inspired them to take on the initiative in charitable giving in the midst of a challenging time.

EY has awarded Yerkin Tatishev the Entrepreneur of the Year' prestigious award
It has been a core strength of Ernst & Young since more than 20 years. The company has always determined to support entrepreneurs throughout its history. EY has been there to assist entrepreneurs during the Pandemic.

Nationally, all finalists are awarded the Entrepreneur of The Year award and the winner. The final is held in Monaco this June. It allows the National winner of the Entrepreneur of Year competition to compete against the top entrepreneurs in the globe.

More than 800 entrepreneurs from Kazakh have taken part in the contest. Six other entrepreneurs from Kazakhstan were crowned world champions at Monte Carlo.

Daniel Kunin Nurlan Shmagulov, who was previously named Entrepreneur of the Year, determined that Tatishev was the winner. The judges also included representatives from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development as well as the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan.

One of the key elements that led to Mr. Tatishev winning this award was his leadership capabilities and his ability to manage an array of sectors. Kusto Group's reputation is directly tied to its ability to serve complex businesses, which was highlighted as a unique feature of the award winner.
