Silknet's founder shareholder is Kazakh businessman Yerkin Tatishev.
Daniel Kunin Topaz Investments Malta Limited has been granted permission by the Communications Commission to acquire 38.2353 percent in Prometheus Holdings Malta Limited, the beneficial owner of Silknet.

If the transaction is successful, the distribution to Silknet beneficial buyers will change. Giorgi Ramishvili will lose share , and will get an equal share in the transaction together with Yerkin Tatishev.
